Village Administrator/Chief Operating Officer

Brittany Misner serves as Village Administrator/Chief Operating Officer for the Village of Hebron after previously serving the Village as its Economic and Community Development Director since 2023.

In her prior role with the Village, Ms. Misner led efforts focused on business support, economic development, community engagement, placemaking, development coordination, communications, and special events. Her work included building relationships with local businesses, developers, regional partners, and residents while advancing initiatives designed to strengthen Hebron’s economy, improve public spaces, and create new opportunities for community connection.

Before joining the Village of Hebron, Ms. Misner spent several years in an executive leadership role with the Licking County Chamber of Commerce. Through that experience, she developed a strong background in organizational leadership, business advocacy, partnership development, event planning, workforce initiatives, and support for businesses throughout Licking County. She also brings previous experience in human resources and private business, providing her with a practical understanding of personnel management, workplace operations, customer service, and the needs of employers.

A lifelong resident of the Hebron area and proud Lakewood Lancer, Ms. Misner has extensive volunteer and board leadership experience supporting organizations throughout Licking County and the Buckeye Lake Region. Her community involvement reflects a strong commitment to education, small businesses, tourism, economic development, nonprofit leadership, and improving the quality of life for local residents.

As Village Administrator/Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Misner oversees the day-to-day operations of the Village and provides leadership and coordination for the Water, Water Reclamation, Public Works, Parks, Community Development, and administrative functions. She also works with the Mayor and Village Council on budgeting, capital improvements, infrastructure planning, personnel, economic development, and the long-term delivery of Village services.
