Our zoning department is available to assist residents and others who are interested in improving structures and the overall quality of life in Hebron. As the "Crossroads of Ohio" we are an attractive location for many investors and we welcome the opportunity to discuss new development. Numerous possibilities exist for incentive programs and our Economic & Community Development Director can help to determine those that may be available for a specific project. In an effort to protect the "small town" character of our Village, the Council has enacted a comprehensive zoning/planning ordinance and construction standard. Residents and developers are encouraged to review any structural plans with the zoning department before work begins. Many activities are governed by a permit process and require inspections. Our Economic & Community Development Director is available to provide guidance and assistance in the process and is knowledgeable about other governmental programs and requirements.
