The Council of the Village of Hebron will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, to discuss the creation of Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Districts within the village.
The hearing is to allow public consideration of the proposed Incentive District(s), including the boundaries, public infrastructure improvements, and exemption parameters. No action will be taken at this meeting.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate.

The Council of the Village of Hebron has scheduled a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Council will enter into Executive Session at this meeting, according to ORC 121.22 (G)(1) to consider the appointment of a public official.
The meeting will take place in Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex, 934 West Main Street, Hebron.
Hebron Village Council is seeking applicants interested in being considered for appointment to fill a vacant Council seat. Village Council serves as the legislative branch of the local government and votes on laws and proposals relating to various topics such as community issues, safety, personnel and budget matters. The selected person would be expected to attend all meetings of Village Council. This appointment will fill an unexpired term that runs through 12/31/2025. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Hebron for at least one year, and a registered voter. Interested residents should submit a resume and letter of interest by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025 to the Hebron Municipal Complex, 934 W. Weekly Mosquito Spraying Begins Tuesday, June 3
The Village of Hebron has partnered with the Licking County Health Department to begin weekly mosquito spraying every Tuesday from 8 PM to 12 AM, continuing through October. Spraying is weather dependent and will not occur during rain, high winds, temperatures below 60°F, or if residents are outdoors in the treatment area.
Health Reminder:
Residents with respiratory conditions should stay indoors and keep windows closed during spraying.
Help Prevent Mosquito Breeding:
Dump standing water around your home, including in flower pots, buckets, bird baths, and old tires.
**Mosquito traps are currently in place at Evans Park and Sun Acres Area. These boxes help monitor mosquito activity and test for diseases. Please do not tamper with them, as they are an important part of protecting public health.**

1. The Council of the Village of Hebron will hold a public hearing on June 25, 2025 at 6pm, to hear public comments on the creation of a Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) with the Village of Kirkersville and Union Township. The proposed contract agreement for said Joint Economic Development District with exhibits thereto, and all other documentation required by law, are available to the public at the office of the Hebron Clerk of Council, 934 W Main St., Hebron, Ohio, during normal business hours in accordance with R.C. 715.72(D)(2).
The public hearing shall further allow public comments and recommendations on the contract creating the JEDD district in accordance with the provisions of R.C. 715.72(C)(1).
2. Village Council will also hold a public hearing on June 25, 2025, immediately following the JEDD Public Hearing, to review and discuss a Planning & Zoning recommendation regarding a request for an amendment to rezone a property located at 3480 National Rd, Hebron, OH from M-1 Manufacturing District to GC General Commercial District. The Planning & Zoning Board recommended the amendment be granted as requested.
These Public Hearings will be held in Council Chambers at 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, OH. with the regularly scheduled Council Meeting to follow immediately afterwards.
