Sanitary Sewer cleaning & inspections 10/31/22-12/16/22
The Village of Hebron will be cleaning and inspecting the main line sanitary sewers over the next few weeks. Technicians from Zemba Brothers, Inc. will be using cameras to document the condition of the sanitary sewers and personnel from the Village’s wastewater department will be on site part time to oversee the contractor. Field investigations include sewer cleaning and televising of the sanitary sewer mains. Service laterals to the houses will not be inspected.
As the cleaning of sewers utilizes high pressure water jets, please keep all toilet lids down while work is performed in your area to guard against the possibility of splashing. Fill any floor drain traps with water (1 gallon) to avoid sewer gas entering the residence. Please refrain from on-street parking in the vicinity of manhole covers on days that you observe the inspection truck working on your street.
ANTICIPATED DATE OF WORK:
