Fire Hydrant Flushing Notice

Notice for Residents

Affected Area: Enterprise Dr. O'Neill Dr. & Surrounding Neighborhoods

Crews will conduct a fire flow test. Flushing is scheduled for the Enterprise Dr. and O'Neill Dr. area on Tuesday, May 26. At 1:00 pm. You may experience temporary low pressure or discolored water.

What to Expect:

· Temporary drops in water pressure

· Cloudy or rust-colored water

Recommendations During Flushing

· Do not do laundry: Avoid washing clothes to prevent rust staining.

· Clear your lines: If you experience discolored water, run your cold water tap for a few minutes until it flows clear.

· Minimize hot water use: Avoid using hot water to prevent drawing sediment into your hot water heater.

SEALED BIDS-MUNICIPAL BUILDING CLEANING

The Village of Hebron is accepting bids for Hebron Municipal Complex cleaning services. Specifications may be emailed by request, or picked up Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at the Hebron Municipal Complex at 934 W. Main Street Hebron, Ohio. Bids need to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Cleaning Bid”. Bids can be dropped off at the Hebron Municipal Complex during regular business hours. If you prefer to mail your bid, place bid in sealed envelope inside a separate envelope addressed to Village of Hebron, Attn: Jung-Han Chen, Village Administrator, 934 W. Main St., Hebron, Ohio 43025. All bids must be received by 10:00am on March 12, 2026, at which time bids will be opened in Council Chambers. Questions may be referred to Christina Furbee at 928-2201. 

Public Notice- Closing / Cancellation

The Village of Hebron Administration Office will be closed on Monday, January 26th due to inclement weather, and the Village Council meeting scheduled for Monday, January 26th at 6:00 PM is canceled.

Please note that the Hebron Ohio Police Department will continue to operate as normal, ensuring the safety of our community.

Our Public Works team will remain hard at work clearing and maintaining roadways, working extended and rotating shifts to keep streets as safe and passable as possible. We are grateful for their dedication and efforts during this weather event.
